At BudsVoice.com, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you receive an incorrect or damaged product, you are entitled to a refund or replacement within 10 days of purchase. Please read the details below carefully.
- Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns if:
- The product received is not the one you ordered (wrong model, wrong category, etc.).
- The product is found to be defective, or damaged upon arrival. It is strongly suggested to make a video before unboxing or opening the product as prove.
We do not accept returns for:
- Change of mind after purchase.
- Products damaged due to customer misuse or mishandling.
- Conditions for Return
To be eligible for a return:
- You must contact us within 10 days of receiving your order.
- The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and with proof of purchase (invoice/receipt).
- All accessories, manuals, and original tags must be included.
- Color Variation
Due to stock availability, some products may be shipped in different colors than displayed on the website. Minor color variations are not considered a valid reason for return unless explicitly stated in your order notes.
- Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will notify you via email or WhatsApp.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10–15 business days.
- In case of a replacement request, we will ship the correct product at no additional cost.
- Return Shipping
- If the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged product), we will cover the shipping cost.
- If the return is for any other reason within our accepted policy, the customer may bear the return shipping cost.
